Ying Zhan

Ying joined the Behkam Lab in Fall 2016. Her research work focuses on developing of Nanoscale Bacteria-Enabled Autonomous Drug Delivery Systems (NanoBEADS) for cancer therapy. Her current work is on the optimization of the NanoBEADS construction process, characterization of the NanoBEADS intratumoral transport, and investigation of NanoBEADS interaction with neutrophils and endothelial cells.
